Call for Posters

Call for Abstracts: Contributed Posters

If you are involved in an interesting project that you would like to discuss with or show to other congress attendees, why not present your work in the EDP-Normandie2015 Poster Sessions? We encourage you to participate in the Poster Presentation Program.

 Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts must be prepared accordingly:

  • Poster abstracts must represent a completed and new work within the topic of the conference. Reviews of previous work are not permissible for contributed presentations.
  • The abstract must report specific results. The results may be preliminary but they may not be vague.
  • Abstracts without explicitly stated results will be rejected.
  • Abstracts must be clear. Poorly written abstracts will be rejected.
  • Abstracts must be written in French or English and must follow standard grammar and punctuation rules.
  • Abstracts that do not meet this guideline will be rejected.
  • The abstract must include the names, degrees, and institutions for all authors on the abstract. Missing coauthors are a very common issue. Be sure to check to make sure everyone has been included.

The Conference Organizers reserve the right to decline any submitted abstract that lacks scientific content or merit, or merely announce the availability of a resource or service.

  • The abstract must be submitted by the deadline date, September 5th, 2015.

 Printed Poster Information:

  • The maximum poster size is A0, in portrait format (posters over this size or in landscape format will not be displayed). It is not possible to display landscape posters. You or someone you nominate must register and attend EDP-NORMANDIE 2015 to display your poster.

Meeting Registration

The presenting author of every accepted abstract will also need to register and will be reminded to do so in meeting correspondence. Registration is a separate process that will open in April.
